To better promote the growth of the teaching staff and enhance their professional qualities and teaching abilities, from December 9th to December 20th, the teachers of IDGF carried out a two-week open class teaching and research activity through methods such as open class demonstrations and post-class evaluations.
All the teachers made meticulous preparations and ingenious designs, presenting one wonderful and distinctive class after another with their professional teaching skills and rich teaching experience.

In this semester's teaching work, IDGF will make class observation and evaluation a regular practice. Through regular class observation and evaluation activities, it aims to create high-quality and efficient classrooms, promote teachers' professional development and shape their personal teaching styles.
In the open class demonstration, teachers carefully prepared their lessons, meticulously crafted teaching designs, and ingeniously arranged each 40-minute session to effectively impart knowledge points to students and help them understand and master the knowledge.
Before class, one should delve deeply into the teaching materials. The classroom process should progress step by step. Every question and pause should revolve around the key and difficult points. In a class, how to design substantive learning content and provide efficient guidance to students is a question that every subject teacher is pondering.
Each class lasts only 40 minutes, but before the class, the teachers have carefully deliberated on each link:
How is time allocated?
Is the presentation of knowledge points attractive?
Is it necessary to complete it through group cooperation?

During these two weeks, all the teachers not only demonstrated their own classes but also entered the classes of other teachers for observation and learning. Everyone exchanged teaching opinions with each other, made full use of the open class platform built this time, and jointly improved their teaching abilities.
The open class activities not only showcase the teaching styles and professional qualities of the teachers, but also provide a platform for both teachers and students to learn from each other and grow together. Through methods such as observation and comment, as well as collective lesson evaluation, teachers not only received valuable feedback and suggestions but also improved their teaching skills by learning from each other.
In the future, we will continue to constantly optimize teaching methods and strive to create more efficient, vivid and interesting classrooms.
