“I”：Illumination（启迪）

“D”：Diligence（勤奋）

“G”：Gift（天赋）

“F”：Faith（信念）


Each of these words conceals ideals and beliefs deeply. This is not only our educational philosophy, but also a firm belief that both teachers and students should hold. Every IDGFer always keeps this in mind


Some people may wonder, where should a firm belief start?


We would like to share some of our innermost thoughts during this summer vacation, before the new term begins, and respond to some skeptical voices.

It is the key to reaching the peak


This year's holiday was lively, and for us, it should also be a precious baptism.


This summer, the Five-Starred Red Flag shone in Paris, becoming the most eye-catching color along the Seine River. Among them, Quan Hongchan, the Chinese diving dream team, a name that was well-known to everyone several years ago, once again amazed the world.


Although called a "genius" by netizens and the media, talent is not the only factor for Quan Hongchan's success. She trained diligently and made efforts that were unknown to others.

Born into an ordinary rural family in Zhanjiang, Guangdong Province, she lived in hardship. There were five siblings in her family, and both of her parents were simple farmers. The trials and tribulations of life have forged her tenacious character of being able to endure hardships and have endurance.


Day after day, she engaged in monotonous and arduous training, such as air rolls, platform jumping practice, and diving movements, enduring developmental challenges. However, she never "gave up".
